Staff Software Engineer
I'm a Staff Software Engineer with 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise applications across E-commerce, Ticketing, Automobile, Insurance, and Cloud domains. Currently at ServiceNow, I build infrastructure automation workflows for SaaS cloud services — from dynamic proxy configuration for ADC network gateways to near-zero downtime database migration systems.
Previously at Microsoft, I designed event-driven distributed systems for the Windows OS pre-release testing platform on Azure, reducing manual testing efforts and achieving strong reliability for Windows release pipelines.
I specialize in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and workflow automation. Outside of work I build Chrome extensions, write about distributed systems, and tinker with side projects that scratch my own itch.
